Requirements: VO. Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of IT (data management, development and implementation of data management systems), preferably in an NGO.

Must understand:

• Word, Excel, Ppt,
• Office 365
• High proficiency in CommCare, KOBO Collect and other digital data collection platforms required.
• High proficiency in Power BI or other relational database management software required.
• Skills in managing network/server software and hardware, devices and platforms. ?

Purpose of the position:

The employee's general responsibility is to provide data management technical support for CSU's portfolio of programs, as well as to act as a data management troubleshooting coordinator for the programs emergency and early care restoration.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure and maintain ICT systems and databases in CommCare and Power BI to enable data collection, processing and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CommCare and Power BI for ensuring continuous operation of systems.
• Collaboration with the MEAL team, program managers and partners to ensure efficient operation of systems adapted to the needs of users and projects.
• Technical support in the creation and maintenance of CommCare applications and Power BI for new projects, including configuration, optimization and ensuring compatibility with other systems.
• Configuration and support of applications and user devices to ensure reliable access to data and information agencies.
• Providing technical support and consulting in response to user requests for effective use of business data.
• Development of a User Guide for new and existing projects detailing data management processes and instructions.
• Creating spaces for data storage and analysis that meet CSU requirements and provide convenience for users. ?
