Job Objective:
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing high quality professional services to Schneider Electric customers.
Job Purpose:
at the engineering level, forming a positive experience of interaction with the Schneider Electric company;• Solving technical issues and timely escalation of complex issues through appropriate interaction within Schneider Electric;
• Monitoring customer requests until their final solving and ensuring the timely fulfillment of all obligations;
• Providing after-sales support for customers and partners of Schneider Electric both by phone and by mail;
• Responsibility for receiving incoming phone calls, messages , chat and prioritizing customer support needs;
• Resolving customer issues and providing troubleshooting options;
• Escalating customer issues to Service;
Requirements:
• Higher education: electrical engineering and/or power engineering (or equivalent);
• Knowledge and experience: medium voltage power distribution systems (principles of equipment selection, selectivity , characteristics); industrial electronics; theories of electrical engineering; equipment setup and commissioning experience, design is welcome;
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric medium voltage power distribution hardware products, including current and discontinued products (e.g. step-down transformers, switchgear, medium voltage circuit breakers, relay protection, etc.);
• The ability to offer the right product and additional options taking into account the client's tasks, scope of application and environmental features;
• Skills of product commissioning and maintenance (where as applicable), as well as providing on-site customer assistance and advice to resolve critical technical issues;
• Knowledge of industry standards in the area of product use;
• Ability identification of problems in the field of quality, involvement of the quality control group, relevant experts;
• Ability to learn, analytical thinking, systematic approach to solving complex technical issues;
• Excellent problem solving and explanation capabilities technical information;
• Good language and written communication skills (including in English - no lower than intermediate level). A good level of command of the Ukrainian language;
