Customer Support Agent in JustMarkets Tech

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to support our customers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally resolving customer inquiries and providing support through various channels including chats, emails and phone calls. Your mission is to extend the reach of our services to English-speaking customers, ensuring that they receive timely and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively respond and communicate with customers to understand and meet their needs;
• Effectively analyze customer data to provide appropriate recommendations and resolve issues;
• li>Resolve product or service issues by explaining the customer's problem; determine the reasons; explain the best option for solving the problem; expedite corrections or adjustments; provide follow-up action to ensure resolution;
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, fostering positive long-term relationships and high business potential;
• Build customer relationships and effectively defuse conflict and opposition;
• Contribute to team efforts by delivering relevant results as needed;
• Strive to maintain quality standards when handling customer adjustments.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in English;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to determine ways to solve a problem and present solutions verbally and in writing;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• High level of professionalism;
• Attention to detail and punctuality;
< li>Own a laptop (Windows with at least 16 GB of RAM or Apple Mac model 2015);
• Stable Internet connection.
