What is important for us:

• Knowledge and experience of working with 1C 8.3 UT, PT, ERP, WMS;
• Knowledge of PC hardware;
• Experience of working with network equipment;
• Experience of working with trade equipment (barcode scanner, label printer, receipt printer, fiscal registrar, TSD);
• Ability to remotely identify and eliminate PC problems;
• Remote user consultation.

Functional duties:

• Technical maintenance of computer, network equipment, office equipment, software ;
• Support and consultation of users in working with the 1C business system;
• Support of the company's IT services;
• Processing and fulfillment of requests from users, visits to facilities to eliminate malfunctions;
• Technical accounting.
