Our client is an international FMCG company, a leader in its category, in connection with the development of online?sales and CRM?communications is looking for a CRM / DTC Business Development Lead(Senior level, without subordinates) team.

Main functional:

  • Configuration and support of the Marketing Cloud CRM system for the Ukrainian market.
  • Building and optimization of client segments: behavioral, by customer life cycle, frequency and type of purchases.
  • Email configuration? and SMS mailings, chatbots, trigger messages; creation of customer interaction scenarios at different stages of the funnel.
  • Working with the customer base (segmentation of customers according to various criteria, analysis of the customer base)
  • Analysis of campaign results: reporting based on CRM, OMS and site data (creation of dashboards and reports, KPI monitoring).
  • Setting up and support of the site together with technical teams (ticketing, updates, basic integration).
  • Collaboration with the global digital marketing team (in English).
  • Preparation and initiation of solutions to increase repeat purchases, launch loyalty programs and DTC?channel growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM / e?commerce / marketing automation / site development from 2 years.
  • Practical experience in setting up e-mail? and SMS?campaigns, trigger chains and segmentation.
  • Working with CRM/MA platforms: Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Emarsys, Iterable or their analogues.
  • Understanding the operation of online stores and e?commerce tools (OMS, CMS, integrations).
  • English language - strong Intermediate / Upper?Intermediate (oral and written) - a must.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, e?commerce or digital?agencies is welcome.
  • Strong analytical, systems thinking and interaction skills with diverse teams.
