What is important for us:
- Knowledge and experience of working with 1C 8.3 UT, PT, ERP, WMS;
- Knowledge of PC hardware;
- Experience of working with network equipment;
- Experience of working with trade equipment (barcode scanner, label printer, check printer, fiscal recorder, TSD );
- Ability to remotely identify and eliminate a PC problem;
- Remote user consultation.
Functional duties: strong>
- Technical maintenance of computer, network equipment, office equipment, software;
- Support and consulting of users on working with the 1C business system;
- Support of the company's IT services;
- Processing and fulfillment of requests from users, visits to facilities for troubleshooting;
- Technical accounting.
