L'flowers is a large company selling flowers and bouquets that has been successfully operating on the market for many years. We are looking for a responsible and energetic HR Manager for our office in Kyiv to join our team.
What you will do:
- Planning and carrying out the recruitment and selection process;
- Organization and carrying out trainings for employees;
- Support of new employees during induction and during adaptation;
- Ensuring internal communication and resolution of conflict situations.
Required experience:
- Experience in similar position from 2 years;
- Knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and personnel management;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- High responsibility and organization.
