What is important to us:< /strong>

• Knowledge and experience of working with 1C 8.3 UT, PT, ERP, WMS;
• Knowledge of PC hardware;
• Experience of working with network equipment;
• Experience in working with commercial equipment (barcode scanner, label printer, receipt printer, fiscal register, TSD);
• Ability to remotely identify and eliminate a problem with a PC;< /li>
• Remote consulting of users.

Functional duties:

• Technical psupporting the performance of computer, network equipment, office equipment, software;
• Supporting and advising users on working with the 1C business system;
• Support of the company's IT services;
• Processing and fulfillment of requests from users, visits to facilities for troubleshooting;
• Technical accounting.
