Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of remote user workplaces;
• Installation and administration of OS and software;
• Work with specific software;
• Reception and processing of incoming calls from users regarding technical problems;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the implementation of these applications.

We will be great to work together if you:

• Have experience in family OS administration Windows, Linux;
• You have basic knowledge of local network setup and switching;
• You know how to plan, remember large amounts of information, set priorities;
• Able to solve problems quickly;
• Communicable, friendly;
• You have business communication skills, competent verbal and written language;
• Able to learn quickly;
• Have a technical mindset, as well as the ability to independently find solutions to problems.
• Experience in technical support (will be an advantage).
• Technical education and additional IT-related skills will be a significant advantage.
