Business analyst in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

We are looking for a business analyst to tooptimize and digitize the back office business processes

Your main tasks:

• collection, documentation and clarification of business requirements;
• development of functional specifications, user stories, use cases;
• modeling of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) font-style: normal">
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst in IT or in a business unit;
• practical experience working with business stakeholders;
• basic understanding of IT architecture and API; 
• SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban); 
• BPMN/UML, writing technical documentation;
• tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro/Draw.io/Visio.

Will be a plus:

• basic knowledge of SQL;
• experience in digital transformation, product teams, banks.
