Functional Responsibilities:

  • technical support for the company's users: help, consultations and solving technical issues (remotely and on-site);
  • processing of requests from users in the ServiceDesk;
  • diagnostics and repair of computer and office equipment;
  • configuration and maintenance of office software and internal services of the company;
  • support and configuration of computer equipment.

Requirements:

  • knowledge of PC hardware, peripheral devices and office equipment;
  • experience working with Microsoft software products (Windows, Office, etc.);
  • ability to diagnose and identify hardware and software malfunctions;
  • basic knowledge of computer networks;
  • experience working with ticket systems (ServiceDesk).
