700">Active search and attraction of new customers: Identification of companies in need of collection services and formation of a base of potential customers (lead generation).Conducting sales and negotiations: Organization and conduct of cold calls, meetings and presentations for decision-makers.
Identification of needs and selection of solutions: Analysis of client requirements and preparation of relevant commercial proposals, agreement on terms of cooperation, tariffs and scope of services.
Contractual work and launch: Preparation, agreement of legal/financial terms and control of signing contracts for collection, coordination of launch of new customers.
Customer base support and development: Building long-term partnerships with existing customers, quality control of service delivery and working with feedback.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with logistics, security and finance departments for route coordination and successful execution commitments.
Planning and reporting: Reporting on the execution of sales plans, analyzing results and planning activities to achieve the set KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience in the field B2B sales (preferably in the banking or security sector) - from 1 year.
Skills in business communication, negotiation.
Proficiency in basic office software tools.
Communication, confidence, ability to easily establish contact.
Ability to persuade and work with objections.
Punctuality, organization, responsibility.
Working conditions:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00.
Work in office: Kyiv, 25 Povitryaniy sy pr.
Business trips are possible as needed (the company pays for travel, accommodation and per diems)
