Basic responsibilities:

  • Reception of applications in the service software
  • Reception of applications by phone< /li>
  • Connecting workplaces to a local network
  • Operative support of system, application software and enterprise equipment
  • Maintenance, debugging of printers, thermal printers, system units, scanners and other equipment
  • Installation of OS and application programs on a PC, configuration of peripheral devices, connection of a PC to a local network, installation of drivers, configuration of a user on a specific ARM
  • Maintenance of servers and communication equipment (operating equipment support, rebooting servers and active network equipment, solving local network problems)
  • Communicating with users, solving technical problems problems related to software and hardware of users' PCs, office equipment

  • Knowledge of network principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
