Right now we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reception of applications in the service software
  • Reception of applications by phone
  • Connection of workplaces to the local network
  • Operational support of system, application software and equipment enterprises
  • Maintenance, debugging of printers, thermal printers, system units, scanners and other equipment
  • Installation of OS and application programs on a PC, configuration of peripheral devices, connection of a PC to a local network, installation of drivers, user settings on a specific ARM
  • Maintenance of servers and communication equipment (operational support of equipment, rebooting of servers and active network equipment, solving problems of local networks)
  • Communicating with users, solving technical problems related to the software and hardware of users' PCs, office equipment

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of network principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with peripheral devices , the ability to adjust, connection
  • Experience in laying the SCS network
  • Experience in user support - desirable
  • Experience in support programs (OTRS or other ticket systems) - desirable
