• Requirements for the candidate:
  knowledge of the order of office management;
• experience in writing business letters;
• ability to analyze information;
• excellent organizational capabilities;
• impeccable literacy;
• presentable appearance;
• good diction;
• knowledge of the principles of business etiquette;
• complete higher education;
• confident PC user, knowledge of 1C;
• willingness to work and professionally to develop;
• adequate attitude to stressful situations at work and the ability to work in multitasking mode;
• good communication skills (ability to negotiate with clients on the phone and in live communication mode);< /li>
• attention, decency, responsibility, quick learning, ability to memorize large volumes information.

Responsibilities:
consultation of the company's customers and assistance in such matters as product selection, product return, product exchange, etc.;

formation of invoices to clients, control of payments, control of product shipment; execution of contracts, annexes, additional agreements;

formation of reports; business correspondence, document flow with clients;

reception and processing of incoming calls.
