We are looking for a technical support specialist with experience,YES AND WITHOUT EXPERIENCE, provided you are willing to learn, develop and make efforts on the way to great results! Fill inform

WHAT WILL YOU GET?

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Provide technical support to students (configure software via TeamViewer or AnyDesk, provide consultations on educational platforms)
• Organize and record meetings in ZOOM
• Create video lessons (instructions for using the programs)
• Create and configure courses on the KWIGA platform (adjust tariffs, add curators and students, download educational materials)
• Set up webinars through the Webinar Stars platform and make Youtube broadcasts

YOU ARE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE if:

• Have skills in working with iOS and Windows
• Have skills in working on the Kwiga platform (or are willing to learn)))
• Have basic editing skills< /li>
• Able to work in blackout conditions
• Have your own equipment (if it is iOS and Windows - it's great)
• Developed communication and team skills
