• Organization of the work of the company's divisions, implementation control projects
• Optimization of internal processes to increase the efficiency and quality of services
• Formation of a professional team, recruitment and development of personnel
• Development and control of the company budget
• Managing income and expenses to ensure financial stability
• Attracting new clients and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Negotiations and concluding profitable of contracts

Requirements:

• Higher technical or managerial education (electrical engineering, energy, management)
• Experience in management positions in the field of electrical installation or engineering from 5 years - desirable
• In-depth knowledge in the field of electrical installation work, design and regulatory framework
• Ability to organize and manage in large teams
• Developed strategic thinking, communication and negotiation skills
• High level of responsibility, leadership qualities

Working conditions:

• Official registration; 
• Work schedule - 5/2, Sat.-Sun. - weekends
• Vacation – 24 calendar days
