 We are looking for a technical support specialist!

What you will do:

• Assist employees in solving technical issues (setting up software, diagnosing computers, solving network problems ) monitor their implementation;
• Monitor the stable operation of the IT infrastructure.

What we expect:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic programs (MS Office, CRM);
• Ability to quickly analyze and solve technical issues;< /li>
• Willingness to maintain communication and help even in difficult situations;
• Experience in setting up networks and basic knowledge of cyber security will be an advantage.
