We are currently looking for ?Head of theEconomy and Finance Department

Main functions:

• team management;
• control over the activities of the department in accordance with corporate standards to achieve business goals,
• management of the company's financial flows,
• formation of a service model, building interaction at the level of businesses and within the company,
• li>strategizing company development and reengineering the financial function,
• participation in various projects within the business group

OUR Portrait:

• Higher education
• Relevant experience of at least 5 years for the position of finance director
• Management experience of at least 5 years with a staff of 10 or more
• High communication skills
• High level of self-organization and a systematic approach to solving complex tasks
• Have certificates of ACCA, or МАС, СИРА, СИМА, CFA,
• Experience of auditing,
• li>Experience in working with banks, loan portfolios,
• Experience in optimization and automation of business processes,
• Performance, leadership, efficiency, ability to make decisions, flexibility and ability to work in an environment of uncertainty .
