What do we do?

• Support and technical support for software 'M.E.Doc', SOTA, Fredo Report, Flydoc

• < p>Provision of services for issuance and maintenance of Qualified electronic signature

• We implement and maintain software registrars of Sota Kas settlement operations, Cashalot

• We help in sending reports.

• Connecting Accounting in the "cloud".

What will have to be done:

• User consultations by phone, online chat, Viber and through remote connection via TeamViewer, Anydesk, AmmyAdmin software

• Help in obtaining and registering KEP.

• Installation of Medoc, Fredo, Flydoc software, antivirus software, and PPO software (Cashalot, SOTA Cash)

What talents are we looking for:

• Willingness to work in a large friendly technical support team

• A desire to help customers,and enjoy solving problems

• Confidential computer use

• Experience in technical support of M.E.Doc, FREDO, FlyDoc, SOTA, and Program PRO will be a very big advantage.
