Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and solving technical problems
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Supporting users with technical support issues
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office package, Windows 10+, standard office software, experience with remote access programs (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.) will be an advantage.
