What you will do:
- Provide technical support and advice to users by phone and e-mail;
- Detect, register and resolve software issues;
- Communicate with developers to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience required:
- Technical support experience would be a plus a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher.
