We need a Technical Support Service Specialist (Support)

Responsibilities:

• Working with subscribers: receiving applications , consultations by phone, remote configuration of equipment;
• Monitoring network performance and timely response to malfunctions (troubleshooting with cables, equipment, as well as eliminating obstacles in the operation of the network or its section: lines, equipment, etc.);< /li>
• Skills in working with network equipment and solid knowledge of local and Internet networks;
• Controlling the operation of services networks;
• Maintenance of office equipment (installation, adjustment, repair);
• Maintenance of technical documentation, journals;
• Maintenance of technical support for office work.

Requirements:

• work experience in the field of telecommunications;
• understanding in router settings, computers, etc.;
• in-depth knowledge of computer and office equipment;
• ability to work with people;
• communication, competent speech;
• initiative, responsibility.
