Marketing Director, CMO in Prometheus

Online education is growing, and along with it, Prometheus is growing rapidly - we are looking for a marketing director to join the team!

Prometheus is the largest Ukrainian professional development platform with 3,000,000 students and 400+ online courses.

The vacancy involves full-time, remote work. Market salary, as well as performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Building a marketplace of paid Prometheus+ online courses.
• Development to leadership positions in the Ukrainian paid market Prometheus+ courses.
• Market analysis. Development and implementation of marketing strategy. Participation in the development of the value proposition and pricing of paid products of the platform.
• Team management: hiring, firing, creation of KPIs and development of system work.
• Leadership of Prometheus+ strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Successful experience in the creation and system management of strong marketing teams. Leadership skills.
• Focus on measurable results, numbers and analytics. Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with marketing hypotheses and their verification on the basis of data.
• Proactivity, independence and work for results.
• Experience in EdTech or building marketplaces will be a plus.
