- Education:
- Higher technical education (information technology, computer science or related specialties).
- < strong>Experience work:
- From 1-2 years in a similar position or in the field of IT support.
- Practical experience in servicing, configuring and diagnosing computer equipment, network devices, peripherals equipment, as well as copying equipment and printers.
- Technical skills:
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Understanding the principles of building computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with server platforms (Active Directory, DNS , DHCP, FTP).
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, as well as office equipment (printers, multifunctional devices).
- Skills for configuring network printers, as well as installing and updating drivers and software for these devices.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of working with consumables (cartridge replacement, maintenance).
- Communication skills and the ability to work with users (incl. h not understanding technical terminology).
- High level of responsibility, ability to work in stressful situations.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of languages:
- Ukrainian – fluent.
- English – at the level of reading technical documentation, preferably Intermediate+.
