Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming calls from subscribers;
• Providing information about company services, promotions, offers, connection conditions;
• Consultation of subscribers on technical issues; network performance monitoring;
• Identifying and eliminating problems in the network;
• Working with the customer base.

Will be a plus:

• work experience in a similar position (technical support, call center)
• understanding of the principles of LOM and the Internet
• desire to grow to a system administrator
