Main duties:

• Calling the existing customer base for support and advice ;
• Receiving incoming calls;
• Providing advice on company services.

Working conditions:

·  Convenient schedule - work at a time that is more convenient for you: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We maintain a balance between work and personal life.

· Cosy office in a convenient location — Kyiv, str. Promyslova, 3, next to the Vydubychi metro station. Getting there is easy and fast!

Requirements

• Preferably economic education;
• Work experience : from 1 year in the field of telephone customer service;
• Knowledge of programs: 1C, office package, working with the CRM system.
