Technical support operator (night shift) in LocalNet

Requirements:

• Punctuality;
• Communicability;
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions;

• A confident PC user.
• Basic understanding of building a local network (will be a plus)

Responsibilities:

Processing incoming calls:

• Consultation of the company's existing clients;
• Processing applications to call the master;
• Communication with potential subscribers, registration of applications for connection.

Monitoring of the general state of the network:

• Calls to ZHEK, Kyiv electric networks;
• Fixing all breakdowns in the emergency notebook.

Working conditions:

Night shifts (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) every other night. Example: Monday shift from 22:00 to 8:00, Tuesday off, Wednesday off, Thursday shift from 22:00 to 8:00.

Tea, coffee at the expense of the company.
