We are looking for a professional to join the fintech project team as a Marketing Manager.

What you will need to do:

• Participate in the development and implementation of long-term and short-term marketing plans of the Bank;
• Market analysis competitors, gathering information for initiating advertising campaigns from adjacent divisions;
• Plan, develop and implement marketing actions and campaigns aimed at increasing sales of services and achieving profitability targets;
• Coordinating with accompanying divisions of advertising events and promotions;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns and events: reporting and visualization of conclusions based on results (graphs, presentations);
• Study the needs and expectations of customers , participate in the optimization of processes related to improving the customer experience;
• Develop and implement effective tools for the development of loyalty programs and customer retention;
• Work with a PPC specialist and SEO specialist: set technical specifications and monitor their implementation;
• Participate in the development of POS materials, interact with contractors;
• Manage internal and external communications, including cooperation with various departments and external agencies, document processing;
• Perform additional tasks from the manager within the boundaries of the marketing department.

• Work experience in the field of marketing from 5 years, of which 2 in the field of finance;
• Education: higher education in the field of marketing, advertising, finance, or related specialties;
