And we need someone who likes to communicate and help.

What you will do

• communicate with customers and drivers in the chat, quickly and politely solve their questions

• maintain order in requests: answers, notes, statuses

• record problems and suggestions so that the team can improve the service

• work with internal company tools (chat platform)

Terms

• Salary: UAH 40,000–50,000

• Format: only full-time

• Schedules to choose from: 5/2, 4/2 or 3/2
