Your main responsibilities:

• Reception and processing of incoming calls and letters;
• Consultation of existing subscribers regarding the company’s services (on technical issues);
• Technical consultation on equipment operation and settings with union with Internet;
• Setting up provider equipment and Wi-Fi routers.

Our requirements:

• Skills quickly diagnose and solve technical problems of clients;
• Education, logical thinking, responsibility, ability to work in a team;
• Literary language, command of Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​(English at the level of understanding the main elements OS and software);
• Computer literacy, positive attitude, punctuality. Work experience will be an advantage.
