SoftIndex LLC is a Ukrainian IT company that independently entered international markets in a short time thanks to innovative ideas in the field of marketing. 

We develop and implement our own software products - these are highly loaded services for online advertising that are actively growing. 

support service specialist:

  • Processing user requests (via email, chat or ticket system).
  • Diagnosis and initial troubleshooting.
  • Escalation of complex issues to the next level of support.
  • ticket system.
  • Collecting user feedback and passing it on to the product or technical team.
  • Update of the knowledge base: instructions, FAQ.
  • Conducting training and demo sessions for customers (online).
  • Support for highproviding customer service in accordance with SLA.

Key competencies:

  • Higher education in IT, engineering or mathematics. 
  • Sufficient command of written technical English (level not lower than Upper-Intermediate); spoken English (not below Intermediate).
  • General knowledge of computer systems and networks.
  • Навички роботи з офісним ПЗ, зокрема електронними таблицями та звітами.
  • Базові knowledge of databases (MySQL, etc.) and programming basics (HTML, JavaScript, Python).

It will be an advantage:

  • Understanding online marketing, internet advertising, KPI and conversion funnel.
  • Experience with CRM, helpdesk and ticket systems.
  • Task prioritization skills:
  • Attention to detail.
