We are Ukrainian postal and logistics operator that provides delivery of parcels, documents and cargo to any corner of Ukraine and abroad. We invite to our team: Technical Support Manager

        Criteria evaluation:

• Work experience from 1 year.
• Proficiency in office programs at a high level.  
  
  Basic responsibilities:
• Communication with partners and employees of the company.
• Creation, control of execution and closing of requests for technical support of APT.
• Control of the performance of tasks by the company's service engineers.
• Control and analysis of shipments that are in the warehouse for clarification in the specified terms.
• Analysis of the activities of subcontractors and the technical support line of the project network APT.
• Keeping statistics and creating reports on the activities of the technical support line of the APT project network.
• Direct participation in all activities related to project support.
