KEY DUTIES:< /p>
- Collection and analysis of information about the fund's performance, operating conditions and current problems.
- Preparation of proposals and information-analytical documents for management decision-making and preparation of educational and informational materials.
- Analysis of the influence of internal and external factors on the activities of the Fund in order to optimize the processes of information exchange.
- Conducting research on information needs, forecasting and planning within the framework of the fund.
- Control over the quality and timeliness of reporting from regional offices, project teams and information processing managers.
- Preparation and updating of instructions on reporting requirements, informing fund employees and managers about requirements donors.
- Development and approval of internal instructions for collecting, checking and storing information on performance results.
- Setting up technical means for collecting information, such as online questionnaires, CRM systems, and automation of processes to improve reporting.
- Determining the purpose of information and analytical activities, analyzing its effectiveness.
- Coordinating the work of information processing managers, ensuring effective interaction with other teams and divisions of the fund.
- Participation in the creation and functioning of the information and analytical support of the management system.
- Systematization of documents, communication channels, and technical means to ensure the effective operation of the fund.
- Creation and support of reference and information funds, formation of a single integrated system of information and analytical support for the activities of the fund.
- Determining the needs of the organization in new information technologies, technological processes and tools automation.
- Organization and control of interaction with internal and external partners: representatives of authorities, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and independent specialists for the purpose of information collection.
- Determination of the effectiveness of measures, coordination of data collection for monitoring the humanitarian situation and the organizational process.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education.
- Experience in the information and analytical sphere or humanitarian organizations (necessary experience indata collection, preparation of analytical reports).
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google spreadsheets, experience with data collection platforms (Kobo Toolbox, Google Forms, etc.).
< li>Knowledge of the English language.- Analytical skills, the ability to process large amounts of information and identify key trends.
- Skills in working with technical tools (CRM systems, online questionnaires, process automation).
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate interaction between different units of the fund.
