Technical Support Manager in Horoshop

Horoshop is a product IT company, a leading SaaS platform for creating online stores in Ukraine. More than 8,000 online stores already work with us. We continue to grow, so we are looking for a Manager of technical customer support.

You are our candidate if:

• you have experience in creating sites or working in the admin panel for more than 1 year
• you have basic knowledge of html, css, you understand how it works SEO, work with Google Analytics will be a plus
• have experience in communicating with clients
• looking for solutions to clients' problems, eager to help

• communicate with clients in chats
• consult on all the possibilities of the platform, answer questions related to settings of the site and related systems
• understand problem situations, help them solve them
• form tasks for the team and monitor their implementation
• manage many clients simultaneously
