We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, European Cups and top sports events, including boxing from Top Rank. And we create many more products and services based on OTT technologies.

And all this is done by a team of more than 750 talented and energetic people. Which you can strengthen, because we are looking for a Support Manager.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Awareness in the field of customer support;
• Willingness to learn and develop in a team;
• Resistance to stress, persistence, analytical mindset, d thoughtfulness;
• Experience working with technology;
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule. 

What you will need to do:

• Accept and process customer requests in the ticket area (Service Desk);
• Search for errors and options for their correction;
• Analyze, identify and solve technical problems;
• Dispatching and escalation of incidents to the following lines of support;
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Resolving technical support level 1 and 2 incidents;
• Support and processing partner requests;
Cooperate with other company departments for solving complex technical issues;
• Monitor graphics and follow notifications regarding the correct operation of all services, both internal and external;
• Work schedule 2/2, 12:00 - 00:00.
