. Within this role, you will contribute to improving the interaction between the development team and specialists responsible for setting up and optimizing work with the platform .

Your work tasks will be:
Customer Care Support in configuring and optimizing work with Intercom.
Intercom integration with external services to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Automation of call processes by customizing robocalls using Python.
Installing and configuring IP telephony software on school administrators' computers.
Solution of technical issues of school administrators: problem analysis, finding an optimal solution or a temporary workaround.
Task Escalation to the development department in cases where problems require technical refinement after the conducted research.
For successful work you will need:
Work experience in a similar position from6 months.
Python: completed courses or self-study.
Basic knowledge of Python.
Knowledge of web technologies, in particular HTTP and Cookie.< /span>
Intercom or other systems experience -channel communication with clients.
Ability to quickly find information to solve technical problems.
Experience working with chat platforms.
Teamwork skills and the ability to effectively solve technical tasks.
It will be a plus:
Work experience with IP telephony: configuration, diagnostics, support.
Understanding the Principles IP telephony and related technologies.
Experience with Docker.
