Mobility Specialist in EPAM

We are looking for an immigration specialist to effectively manage immigration processes to Poland. This role involves coordinating and preparing documents for various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, as well as providing reliable support to HR departments, managers and employees at all stages of the immigration process to work and live in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the preparation of documents for Polish work and residence permits, including initial applications, extensions and changes to conditions work.
• Preparation of necessary documents from the employer for Polish visas, work and residence permits.
• Work closely with immigration service providers to ensure a smooth immigration process.
• Communication and implementation of corporate immigration policies among employees.
• Preparation of reports, statistics for management, feedback from stakeholders
• Acting as the main contact person for managers, HR and employees during the immigration process.
• Tracking and recording the statuses of immigration cases, regularly informing about problems and solutions.
• Identifying and eliminating gaps to improve existing processes.

Requirements:

• Experience from 1 year, preferably in the field of Global Mobility, HR, immigration services or in a field related to immigration to Poland.
• Ability to clearly follow established processes and initiate improvements when necessary.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of effective problem solving.
• Quick learner, ability to multi-task and initiative.
• Excellent planning skills and organization
• Resistance and willingness to adapt to changes
• Fluent command of Polish and English.

• Experience of working with software for Global Mobility
• Experience of working in a fast-changing, multicultural environment.
