Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the reliable functioning of IT systems

• Support of users

• Installation and configuration of workplaces

• Ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, calling a master, ensuring warranty repairs

• Accounting for equipment in a specialized system

• Knowledge of building principles based on TCP/IP protocols

• Knowledge of client-server application principles in the Microsoft domain environment

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in hardware, software

• Knowledge of Windows family operating systems

• Preparation for operation and issuance to users new equipment

• Accounting in the operative and accounting system
