In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer

Our expectations:

• higher education
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• experience working with Windows
• li>
• understanding of the principles of database operation
• knowledge of SQL
• understanding of logging and tracing systems - Elasticsearch (Kibana)
• understanding of the principles of operation of PC (Processing Center)
• knowledge of the general logic of acquiring solutions
• experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk service

• experience working in trade or Internet acquiring units, in banks or fintech companies will be a plus.

   

Main tasks:

• processing requests (ServiceDesk\Mail)
• searching for solutions to technical problems\tasks
• conducting consultations on product functionality
• registration of acquiring terminals\merchants
< li>acquiring product technical support

• interaction with adjacent divisions within the framework of project implementation.
