Senior BA (PMC) in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them.

We create, maintain and constantly improve
software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta .

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking forSenior BA.

Requirements:

—Higher (technical will be an advantage)
—Experience as a business or system analyst from 4 years< br/>—Knowledge and application of best practices in business analysis, requirements management, and systems analysis
—Ability to describe technical and business requirements of a product in a professional manner. Experience with Jira, communication with the development\testing team in the framework of the implementation of business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists
- Understanding of modern web technologies / client-server architecture
—Ability to navigate the guidelines and approaches of various front-end frameworks and design patterns
—Knowledge of SDLC
—Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies
—Practical API skills - requests

Responsibilities:

— Identification and analysis of business requirements
— Formalization of technical requirements, User Story, description of the business process in the format of BPMN, UML diagrams
— Support of the task from the analysis of the customer's business requirements to the final acceptance testing by the business customer
—Setting tasks for developers/designers/testers
—Constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team together with PM
—Optimization of existing processes
—Maintenance and updating documentation for your tasks/projects
—Post-release support
—Communication with project stakeholders
