Technical support engineer L2 in GigaTrans

To strengthen the team, we invite a customer-oriented and responsible specialist to our GigaTeam for the position of Technical support engineer L2 in the GigaTrans company!

DUTIES:

• Technical support and diagnostics of services customer: reception, processing of customer appeals (B2B segment), their consultation;
• TroubleTicket formation and its support until the moment of resolution;
• Proactive monitoring of customer and company services;
• Timely informing relevant departments about incidents recorded by the monitoring system, according to the escalation matrix. 
• Communication with relevant departments and partners within the framework of professional activity.
• Maintenance of internal documentation of the department, reporting.

 OUR CANDIDATE:

• Has a higher education, in the field of telecommunications and communication or information technologies - will be an advantage;
• Has work experience in the field of telecommunications - will be an advantage;
• Has basic knowledge of network operation and the operating principle of the OSI model;
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language, business management skills correspondence;
• Stress-resistant, attentive, responsible, communicative, customer-oriented.

The advantage will be:

• Ability to use diagnostic utilities traceroute, ping, mtr and experience with the Zabbix monitoring system;
• Experience with network equipment huawei, cisco, juniper, mikrotik on diagnostic levels;
• Knowledge and understanding of DHCP, DNS, VLAN technologies and the principles of operation of switching and routing protocols;
• Concepts of building L2/L3 telecom services.
