"Come back alive" is a charitable foundation that comprehensively provides the Defense Forces of Ukraine with property from cars to grenade launchers, and also implements educational projects for the military. We are a strategic partner of the military, which does not just cover the needs, but develops comprehensive approaches to strengthen the army.
The Partnerships Department is responsible for attracting financial resources within the country to support the activities of the Foundation, in particular to support the Defense Forces, veteran projects, administrative needs, etc.
There are several areas of work: business partnershipspartnerships with public companies style="font-weight: bolder; font-style: normal">community.
We are currently looking for managers to build business partnerships. If you can seal the idea of cooperation with "Return Alive" to companies so that they will definitely become our benefactors - respond to the vacancy, your skills will help attract more funds to help the army!
What exactly are you? will you be engaged in?
- Search and formation of a base of potential partners and sponsors among Ukrainian businesses;
- Development and support of partnerships: from the first contact to repeated and long-term cooperation;
- Transformation of cold contacts into warm relationships and stable support of the Fund;
- Processing incoming requests from businesses, in particular through the Fund’s information line;
- Conducting meetings and negotiations with partners — first together with colleagues, later independently;
- Participating in Fund events, business events and activities aimed at attracting funds and developing partnerships;
- Maintaining all contacts and agreements in the Pipedrive CRM system (recording of the history of interactions, statuses, features of cooperation).

- You have experience in partnership management, sales or fundraising;
- You know how to quickly and clearly "sell" an idea;
- You have a good sense of the donor's motivation and find mutually beneficial solutions;
- You can give examples when your proactivity led to specific results;
- Oriented on the result and do not get lost in difficult situations;
- Follow the events of the war and share the values and mission of the Foundation;
- Ready for business trips and offline meetings within Ukraine.
- Understanding the Ukrainian business market and key players in various industries;
- Experience of working with charitable or public organizations;
- English at the upper-intermediate level or above.
