Technical support engineer (Help Desk, night shift) in DILA, Medichna laboratoriya

What tasks should be performed?

• Processing of user requests in the Service Desk system;
• User consultation on work with ERP and other P3 (MS Office, 1C, Medoc, Analytix, etc.) );
• Technical support of users remotely and with visits to the branch (Kyiv);
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment;
• Setting up software, preparing equipment for delivery to users;
• Development of technical documentation, writing instructions.

Work Schedule: Night Shift - 7/7

The first month of training in the office according to the 09.30-18.00 schedule, then the remote format.

Work experience:

• Working experience from the 1st year in a similar position;
• Working experience with Service Desk systems (Jira, OTRS);
• Working experience with CRM systems.

Professional skills:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS line (Administrator level), Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Basic knowledge of the principles of building networks, operation of network equipment (network interfaces, switches, routers and modems)
• It is desirable to have experience with ERP, CRM systems
