Job description

Stability Trade Group is a subsidiary of the international certified broker Genco Trading (Bulgaria).

The company specializes in international trade in agricultural products and their derivatives on EXW/FCA/CPT/CIF/DAP terms. In connection with the expansion of our activities we are looking for a Specialist in business work (contract manager).

Responsibilities:

• Keeping records of contract execution in Excel (on Incoterms EXW/FCA/CPT/CIF /DAP/FOB);
• Issuance of commercial invoices and accompanying documents, sending to counterparties;
• Organization and coordination of correspondence workflows, management of payments, documents, contracts;< /li>
• Support of effective correspondence in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.);
• Reporting of the transaction process;
• Ensuring confidentiality of information and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team;
