We invite a technical support engineer

Basic tasks:

• monitoring of the IT infrastructure;
• solving problems in the IT infrastructure;
• technical user support (workplaces + remote).

From the candidate we expect:

• basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, GPO, virtualization, DNS;
• ability to identify and diagnose errors in the IT infrastructure;
• understanding of the relationship of individual elements of the infrastructure and the impact of these elements on the operation of the infrastructure as a whole;
• configuration of switches and routers;
• technical English (enough to study the documentation).

Soft skills:

• desire to learn and constantly update knowledge (it is necessary to "keep on touch" with technologies and trends).
• literacy and clarity in expressing opinions.
• initiative and self-sufficiency (the ability not only to be independent in making decisions, but also the desire to constantly improve the Services provided to the Customer).
• pedantry (accuracy and attention to detail).
