We do not conduct interview stages, because we value both your time and ours.
Usually the process consists of two stages: first we get to know each other, and then there will be a technical interview conducted by HR and the head of the department.

Your areas of responsibility in this position:

Working with clients and partners

• Building high-quality, trusting relationships with customer teams, Baing departments and internal company structures.

• Day-to-day communication: prompt resolution of issues, support and customer support.

• Control of the level of service satisfaction and development of procedures to improve and increase loyalty.

Management of advertising processes

• Coordination of the full cycle of work with advertising campaigns: planning, placement and control of execution.

• Maintenance and control of client SOW: strategy, media planning, competitive analysis, market research, reporting by campaigns.

Team interaction and development

• Coordinating the work of the team and supporting its professional development.

Finance and document flow

• Providing financial data, monitoring budgets and reporting.

• Control of document flow and timeliness of payments.

Have experience and expertise

• Working in the field of media from 3 years; experience in a similar position is an advantage.

• You deeply understand principles of media work, media planning and key metrics.

• You have expertise in strategic and tactical media planning (TV & digital), analytics and project management.

• You have experience working with Galileo (MMI), Markdata, Arianna.

You have tools

• You work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint.

• You know English at the Intermediate+ level (oral and written communication with clients).

You have strong personal qualities

• Critical thinking, inquisitiveness, enthusiasm.

• Developed communication and leadership skills.

• Positive thinking and proactivity.

• Organized, structured, responsible.

• Ability to respond quickly to changes and accept balanced solutions.

Able to manage and coordinate

• You have experience in managing a team and know how to organize work effectively.

• You are engaged in project management, control document flow and financial processes.

• You know how to work with data: analytics, interpretation, management of advertising processes.
