Technical support engineer in PressKom, TOV

Since 2004, the PressCom company has been providing sound systems and monitor installation services for stores, restaurants, shopping centers, etc., providing licensed content, software, equipment, solutions for streaming and offline broadcasting of audio/video content, corporate radio support and TV.

WE ARE INVITING TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER SUPPORTS. (Remote)

Requirements:

• experience as a system administrator and PC knowledge at the level of a system administrator;
• experience in local and remote network administration;

• experience in building and installing networks, connecting and configuring active network equipment;
• assembling a PC of any complexity, installing operating systems and other PZ

Communication is welcome, necessary when communicating with customers.

Responsibilities:

• reception of customer inquiries by phone, remote troubleshooting malfunctions;
• traveling to the client and performing work on site if remote troubleshooting is not possible;
• support of server equipment, software;
• software administration provision;
• configuration and preparation of equipment for installation;

Conditions:

• schedule work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (remotely);
• We provide training and preparation.
• service transport for delivery of tools, equipment and employees to the site of the customer;
