You will be engaged in the following tasks:

1. Participation in the development of new projects:

• Management of projects related to the development or refinement of the company's software;
• Writing requirements specifications for the project, gathering requirements;
• Assessment of necessary resources and costs for project implementation;
• Analysis and management of changes in project requirements;
• Project support during the software development cycle (interaction with developers, testers, members of the working group).
• Acceptance of completed work and presentation of the developed functionality to management;
• Writing documentation and instructions for working with the new functionality. 

2. Participation in the development of analytical reports:

• Analysis of customer needs;
• Writing and approval of requirements for the development of new reports;
• Interaction with developers; testing of the developed reports.
• Acceptance of completed work and presentation of the developed report;

Requirements for the candidate for this position:

1. Experience of working as a systems analyst or business analyst for at least 3 years, as well as;

• experience of participating in software development/improvement;
• experience of gathering and analyzing customer needs;

  • experience of formal description of requirements specifications;
  • experience of project documentation development;
  • experience of working with relational databases;

  2. Understanding the general architecture of building IT services;

  3. Experience in describing and modeling business processes for the implementation of information systems;

  4. Ability to analyze API documentation;

  5. Ability to work with large amounts of data;

  6. Experience working with Microsoft platforms, solid knowledge of UML and BPMN, ability to draw ERP diagrams.
