In connection with the expansion of the technical support department, the chain of stores "Hurtovychok" announces a competition for the vacancy of a Specialist of technical support of the Unipro retail program.

We provide internships and training.

Responsibilities:

installation and configuration of software (Unipro, Unipro BackUp, Unipro DataCollector, Unipro CustomerDisplay, Unipro KitchenDisplay, Unipro MobileAgent, PRRO, LibreOffice, MS SQL);

installing drivers, setting up trading and network equipment;

providing technical support to the company’s clients (telephone consultations, communication in Viber and Telegram, remote connection to clients’ computers);

Requirements for the candidate:

Communicative, friendly, ability to work in a team;

Good knowledge of the Ukrainian language;

English language level: A2/B1 (Pre-Intermediate);

Confident PC user;

Ability to work with large amounts of information;

Desire to acquire new knowledge in IT sphere and grow personally.

Technical knowledge and skills that can be acquired in our company:

General understanding of network operation, routing, TCP\IP protocol stack, SSH, DHCP, DNS, SMTP protocols;

Experience in setting up routers of various manufacturers (TP-Link, Netis, Mikrotik);

Experience in setting up POS equipment (barcode scanners, receipt printers, printers labels, PRRO, electronic scales, bank terminals);

Experience of setting up OS Windows (7, 8, 10, 11);

Experience of working with software Jira, FastReport, Crystal Report;

Experience of setting up MS SQL DBMS;

Experience of writing SQL queries;

Understanding architecture and system engineering computer equipment;
